We recently learned of a matter concerning Fire & EMS, LLC. It has come to our attention that a company is engaging in unsolicited robocalls, falsely soliciting donations while misusing the name of Fire & EMS, LLC., and our website, fireandems.com, without our authorization. It is important to clarify that Fire & EMS, LLC. is a for-profit organization, and we unequivocally do not engage in robocalls to request donations.

We are investigating this unauthorized use of our identity and have promptly reported the issue to the FBI's Internet Complaint Center. If you or someone you know has received one of these deceptive robocalls impersonating Fire & EMS, LLC., please forward any voicemails left by the company to us at team@fireandems.com.

We would also like to encourage you to add your name to the National Do Not Call List, which you can do by visiting https://www.donotcall.gov/. Furthermore, you can report any unwanted calls at https://www.donotcall.gov/report.html, and you also have the option to block future calls from these numbers using your phone's settings.
